VALORANT Ultimate Cup Finals

Ultimate Esport is excited to announce that we will be hosting our first-ever VALORANT Ultimate Cup with a $1,000 prize pool!

- LAN Finals @ Ultimate Esport: November 25th, 2023 @ 12:00 pm PST | 8 invited teams

Prizes:

1st place: 50%

2nd place: 30%

3rd place 20%

Tournament Format:

Playoffs - Double Elimination Bracket (Bo1) with Lower Bracket Finals and Grand Finals being a Bo3

Teams must be ready within 30 minutes of the start time and if they are unable to do so they will forfeit their game and the opposing team will receive a bye. Teams will join the appropriate discord channel within the Ultimate Esport discord during their matches.

REGISTRATION:

ALL PLAYERS, SUBS, AND COACHES MUST CREATE/HAVE A BATTLEFY ACCOUNT AS WELL AS CREATE/JOIN A TEAM BEFORE REGISTERING.

Cost/Fees:

$20/person (coaches and subs are required to pay as well)

Cancellation:

Teams are able to withdraw their registration at any time and receive a full refund up until five days before the final date. If teams fail to cancel before then they will NOT receive a refund.

Registration Instructions:

Team captains are to register their team by clicking “Register” and purchasing the amount of tickets needed as well as filling out the information for each player/coach on their team. Make sure to purchase the ticket for the correct qualifier as there will be four different tickets, one for each qualifier. Teams may only sign up for one qualifier. If a qualifier is full, teams will be able to purchase a $0 waitlist ticket for that qualifier and will be notified if a slot opens up. Teams may join the waitlist for multiple qualifiers at once.

Teams are to join the Ultimate Esport discord. Players will receive a role according to their team that will allow them to see the VALORANT channels.

Battlefy join codes will be emailed to the captains allowing them to register their team on Battlefy for the appropriate qualifier. These codes will be sent daily so please be patient and do not worry if you do not receive one immediately.

Each team must maintain at least 4 players of the registered team. If they are unable to do so, teams will be forced to forfeit their spot with no refund. Teams may only change their rosters within the cancellation window (see dates above).
